At Vital we know how difficult things are for people even without the current situation as it is and we wanted you to know that we are still here for your advocacy support needs

We aren’t undertaking in person meetings as a result of the current situation. But..

  • We are continuing to provide services which means:
  • We are able to provide expert advocacy guidance and support. We can do this by talking with you over the phone and via email communications
  • We are still working on our on going NHS complaints advocacy caseload 
  • We are still responding to people contacting us for support and receiving contacts from others 
  • We are regularly checking the answerphone to pick up messages and respond to people (although we aren't staffing the office as precious)
  • We will be in contact with you if you leave a message re our services 
  • You are VITAL and we are still here to provide advocacy support for you (although our work and ability are somewhat restricted at the moment)
