Self advocacy

Self Advocacy is about the ability to speak up for yourself effectively, to get yourself heard. There are lots of reasons why people find it difficult to be heard, which is why advocates exist.

We want to help people advocate for themselves where ever possible, and we run sessions to help people learn the skills to get their voice heard.

If you are interested in finding out more, either give us a call or get in touch here.
